I'm glad this finally appeared officially on the ebay site, I was holding off listing in case the rumours were true.
This 5p day has come at just the right time for me, I have a lot of things left over unsold to shift to make room for my new items.
One thing to watch though in view of some of the other discussions on this topic, listing somehting as an auction with a BIN option will cost 11p, ie 5p listing fee and 6p BIN upgrade. So, if you want BIN only make sure you only list as a BIN as that will be only 5p.

No, it's just the basic listing fee with the one free photo, any extra photos will be charged extra. Still saves a little bit tho'.Obsolete0

Yes it does, but if you want anything to sell it's strongly recommended to at least have a picture appear in the searches, which of course costs extra. When it's free or cheap listing day i don,t list for 10 - 20 days after it,s finished as ebay get full of crap.
