Nice. Not as cheap as I would have imagined either for such an out of the way location.Beautiful place though."Reaching out to touch the stars dont forget the flowers at your feet".0 -
George, the link is for a property in West Yorkshire. I know the area and also the street - downtown Bhagdad would be Monaco compared to it.
However if you're a drug dealer looking for new premises to work out of..............
As the saying goes - if it looks too good to be true it probably is......................I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)

Were these the areas where houses were going for a couple of grand a few years back?
I toyed with the idea of buying one and basically selling it for scrap to see if it would pay.0 -

It wasn't that long ago you could get houses for under £30000 in Hull, but this is the cheapest three-bed (investment property?) http://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetails-18726677.rsp?pa_n=1&tr_t=buy
and this the cheapest non-auction house: http://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetails-19112708.rsp?pa_n=10&tr_t=buy0 -
BNP infested town? You probably mean Burnley
Had some friends that lived there for a few years. They said it was nicer than Halifax - they moved out of there due to the racial goings on. Left Burnley after a few years as it went the same way.
Stoke On Trent is still cheap. Some of the cheap areas aren't too bad. Just avoid Tunstall, Chell, Bentilee, Park Site, Knutton, Cross Heath, Bucknall, Abbey Hulton, Burslem, Longton, Dresden, Blurton and the centre of Stoke itself...
Ok terraces are available at £50k + Nice terraces in nice areas are more like £100k.0 -
