I have been with ntl for years on freedom unlimited package but would like to upgrade to broadband. Having read a lot of the related posts I am slightly confused. The £9.99 ntl 1mb package looks very good but is it available to me through a BT line? I've had a look at the ntl website and they want to sell me the Freedom 512 for £14.99. If the £9.99 offer is not available to me because we don't have cable in our area, would it be best to go with e7even which looks terrific value?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Think the NTL package is for 12 months only then it reverts to £17-99 a month, but have had a look at E7even seems to be very good value but for a year's subscription £50 connection fee is added so pushing up the price to roughly £14 per month for the first year. This fee is only waivered if you subscribe for two years then the price becomes £10 per month, Also a charge of £8-50 postage & Packaging for the free modem if required.salthepal wrote:I have been with ntl for years on freedom unlimited package but would like to upgrade to broadband. If you are prepared to subscribe for two years it is a good deal, but if the service is poor your stuck with a product you dont want for 2 years, hope you get feedback about E7even good and bad for you to make an informed decision.
Hope this has helped

I have been with e7 for a year now and their service has been great. - One outage only that was caused by BT and e7 credited all customers with 2 weeks extra free !
Check out the e7 referral threads here and here for lots of customer feedback and deatils of how to save a bit more.To infinity and beyond!0
