    Not yet - I'm hoping it comes soon as I was planning on using it while my kids are on holiday - which is now!

    I just applied even though it's passed that end date......seems to accepted it!!

    Having checked the original application form it does say that they will try & get the cards out for use in April. But to use it in April, you'd really have to be booking or have booked by now! (For intercity type journeys anyway.)
