I know it's a long shot but why not try and call previous employer to request a reference and see where the land lies with them.
Did you leave on bad terms?
Surely if you tell jobcentre that your position became untenable and had no other option but to resign it should be fairly o.k. I say fairly 'cause the advisers treat it as it's their money.Forums can be/are a good guide to entitlement and it is good practice to back it up with clarification from the relevant department/specialist with written confirmation to safeguard yourself.0 -
Advisers don't decide on the reasons for leaving work. They just gather the information.
Information from both the employer and employee is used by a separate department to make this decision, which of course can be appealed if disagreed with.0
