I have been with 3 for quite few years.
I get constant flyers from them telling me that Planet 3 is FREE TO BROWSE which I have done ocassionally, but when you enter a chargable area, you are told 'you will be charged for accessing this etc'
Personally, I have no intention of accessing internet or downloading stuff on my mobile!!!
Since DEcember, I have been getting average bills of about £20 extra in INTERNET CHARGES!!!
I have NEVER downloaded anything - never entered a chargable area of PLANET EARTH.
I called them yesterday, but couldnt get through to them that I do not access the internet on my poxy phone!!! Sure when my phone is in my pockets, it may enter 'browse mode' but thats about it.
Who can I contact other than a call centre to discuss this? Cant really afford £20 extra a month that I am 100% convinced has been taken off me deceitfully

I thought it was free too... I'd write in with a complaint to customer relations - you'll get a reply from the UK that way...
(PS: I'm impressed you've never entered a chargeable area of PLANET EARTH!)The thanks button is here to the right. If you find a post saves you money, gives you useful information, or you agree with it, take a second to thank the poster!
