Tesco internet access trouble

Hi

Is anyone else encountering difficulties getting online at all with Tesco Broadband?

For the past 3 days now I have not been able to get online so have had to come to library to use their pc costing me money!

My mother in law has same problem yet not in our area. Tesco technical helpline says they arnt aware of any difficulties, spent half an hour at 50p a minute on phone to them yesterday and today running through fault finding tasks that I already done and now they having to send out an engineer dont know when they letting me know later today!

Just wondered if anyone else experiencing similar troubles?

I am going to complain soon as its all fixed. Hopefully next time I check back to see replies it will be from my home and not library. Its costing me money as I need to be online for business reasons as well!

Oh well as I said wondered if it was just a problem my end or a national one?

I have been having the same problem the last couple of days. I rang them up today and was told they are having network troubles. They told me it should be fixed overnight and if not ring them on a free number so they can arrange to send someone out. I hope they sort it out as soon as possible.
