ringtone problems - any help please???

Hi all, can someone help me as this problem is driving me insane. Just bought a LG B2050 and tried to download a couple of tones from my normal site - nothing came through..... only to discover my new phone aint supported, doh!!! However found a site this morning nokfun which does support LG ringtones, ordered one and still nothing comes through, why? My bald head is getting even balder!!! Many thanks for any responses.

Try using some software called Gthing Allows you to send Wallpaper, Ringtones and games to LG phones-
