Smile Drops ISA rate

They have a higher rate ISA - when I rang up to ask about transferring into their eISA, they said not possible online, but they could send me literature for another ISA which I could transfer into, then do an 'internal' (my expression) transfer to eISA. Looking at the literature it appears to be 5.25%: http://www.ybs.co.uk/savings/interest_rates/index.jsp#30%20Day%20Notice%20ISArealaledrinker wrote:We applied for Yorkshire Building Society e-ISAs yesterday. Even when they drop from 5.2% their rate will be well above smile's. They now accept transfers into the e-ISA although this is not evident from their website.30 Day Notice ISA

1. Drop the smile ISA rate immediately by more than the base rate cut
2. Drop the mortgage rate by less than the base rate cut
3. Delay the mortgage decrease for four weeks to 1st September
