I think this is the white eye liner, had a customer today who bought one and i noticed it was under a pound...offerred the free lip glaze but customer did not want it I tried!

Totally confused now. Sa at one store I shopped in today said this couldn't be done and refused to even put my sale through and called the manager

Rubylou thats awful! How rude of them...I would call customer services/head office!
Boots are meant to be the elite in everything!! not good at all for reputation...if you complain you may get some bonus points if your store has an ACM spose there is an upside

Best thing to do is go to a counter like healthcare as the SA's are more experienced on them (usually) and just do it!

well I tried to stay away, really I did.Made it without looking at 27 pages........but then worried I'd miss out on a really good deal so here I am .will have to go back and read to see won't I Lol

I did the 17 341 at Westwood Cross yesterday with the expresso lipliner and electric blue eyeliner (£1.45), the only other eyeliner on clearance was the white one.
