Very quiet lately isn't it? Saving points and money for the next onslaught. After reading about all your bargains, I've been so green, but finally found some:

    2x L'Oreal Color Riche lippies (50p each)
1x L'Oreal Glam shine lip creme with lip plumper (50p)
    2x Maybelline mascaras (50p each)
3x Ruby and Millie concealer brushes (were 7.00 each - 50p each)
1x John Frieda mini hairspray (50p - couldn't use voucher)
3x JF hair colouring thingys in a little bottle (50p each - couldn't use voucher)
1x Boots expert antiseptic nipple spray (50p - friend is expecting, no 100pts)
    1 x expert post-pregnancy shampoo (75p - for friend, no 100pts)
    1 x expert post-pregnancy conditioner (75p - for friend, no 100pts)
2x naked face masks (25p each)
    1x S&G Feet dreams (1.87 - couldn't use any vouchers)
    3 x Pantene hair gift packs (were 10.00 each i think - 2.50 each)
1 x S&G bag (came up as 2.50 but nice SA voided and threw it in coz she said they were coming up 0.00 before)
3 x expert soaps (were 1.06 but came up 87p each - 100pts each added manually (??!! )
3x boots basic handwash (15p each)
4x Palmolive cashmere shower cremes (50p each - used 75p off voucher from .com, so 4 for 50p)

Had such a nice experience with the SAs the last 2 visits to 2 different stores. Wish I got the survey, be nice to compliment them.

Dream Lash mascara with the jewelry boxes - went to return as had a reaction and the SA (different store from 2 above) basically said as it was free - so tough! HE (yes, a male) said that I could return the whole box but not just the mascara as it had no value. I argued that I had to spend 20.00 each time to get the box, but no good. Called CS and logged as an issue and she gave reference number. Unlike someone else here, she said that a product fault form should be completed by the store and the store should give some compensation but what this is and how much would be at the store's discretion. Varies again - just like the stores.

I had 5 Dream Lashes from the pink boxes, took 2 to excahnge for Estee Lauder mini mascaras - the swap at the moment is for a mini which they say should be 2 weeks worth (they are actually really nice) and so have 3 to decide what to do with.

BTW - the Estee Lauder SA was so lovely. I said I wanted to exchange as 2 DDs didn't like the Dream Lash (true) and after her spiel, I walked away with 6 minis - 2 different ones for 2 DDs and me to try!! (on the flyer it says 1 per customer per transaction. ssshhhhhh)

Ooh just seen the new Gucci fragrance has 1500 bonus points with the 50ml bottle. The 30ml was out of stock when I did my last online order and I have wanting a bottl since the lady gave me a sample card as its lush.

Might see if the offer is in store on Saturday first - can get the bigger bottle for a £1 cheaper then taking the points into account.

Lovely to see a nice points offer on something I want, its usually on products I dont use.

Boots will now deduct any bonus points you received if you subsequently take back the item. If you have 'forgotten' your advantage card, the points will be automatically deducted next time you use your advantage card. This happened to me with an item I bought and only received normal points.

Sorry if this is a daft question but if you 'forget' your card then how do they know it's you who returned them?

No what i meant was with extra points..ie. in this case 1000 points wyb 3 premium products...you rtn them in store with despatch note...it doesnt say on despatch note that u rec. extra points unless they ring customer service then SA at store manually deduct 1000 points from card

    hope i am making sense

And if u forget ur card how does the system know next time...i havent come across that
