Thanks for letting me know! I am not that familiar with York and Boots was so busy the last Saturday I was there I didnt even realise there was an upstairs - if I'm thinking of the correct store, the one with two entrances on different streets (this in itself confused me greatly!) I will check out upstairs tomorrow!
I googled the new Boots store and it said it was opening the end of Summer 2008 - it's a bit vague!
Yes you have the right store. It is a confusing layout.S&G are upstairs the pink and blue are on different displays.I got the heel genius today and used both 200 points acm voucher and magazine. The sales girl wasn't sure it would work but was willing to tryand it worked:T .Really friendly helpful staff.:rotfl: Monk's cross boots is also good.Sales staff are really nice and arewilling to try any points coupon.
Ther are two smaller boots in york city coppergate and goodramgate it is ths Coney street branch you need.

    Hi,
Not a good Boots day today!

Went to get some No7 tinted moisturiser while its £4.75.I picked up 2 medium and 1 fair.........I am hoping to have a tan in the summer and will use the medium then!
Also saw a No7 foundation reduced to £6.32,so got that too.
Picked up GWP as total was over £20.
At the till the medium tinted No7 went through at full price:eek:

SA couldn't do anything to change it so took me over to perfume counter where a SA with a No7 badge was!
She altered the price to £4.75,all OK so far.
Please can I use my points? I ask
Yes but you won't get the GWP she replies:mad:
You haven't spent any money she said!
Doesn't she know that we prize points over cash?

By this time I am nearly running late for Drs appt to get all important sick note.So I just said OK.

    But is this correct?

    Shall I phone CS?

    I hate that branch!

I got Lancome bag with points on Wednesday! Different branch!

Well done Orlaith:T I'm really pleased for you:D I remember you once said you don't usually get a chance to grab any sale bargains during the big sales, cos you're not allowed to leave your till, so it's good to hear you got your share of the bargains this time:j By the way, Issey Miyake and Jean Paul Gaultier classique are my fave perfumes:D
