Is this on offer in stores? How much is it selling for? Thanks!
Going to try York Boots tomorrow but the stores aren't very big - I don't even think they sell S&G in them! They are opening a bigger store soon but not sure when yet.

    Just an FYI,
They sell S&G upstairs in the main (Coney street) Boots, and at Monks Cross. And i think the new ex-woolworths one is to be opened in May, but that's relying on the Evening Press for information so you never know!

I forgot to mention that the SA said the usual "you've got a lot of points" ;), so I said I was paying with points so would have a few less ;) Then after she'd put all the bits and bobs through, it deducted what I'd 'spent' and added on the 1,000 for the GWP :D So instead of 'spending' £28.93, I actually 'spent' £18.93 lol.

I thought you couldn't get points from any transaction which was paid for using points:confused:

Can someone let me know if I've totally misunderstood this.....maybe I will be keener to spend on points now if this is the case. Don't mind using points if I can get more points added in a transaction

I was in my local boots this morning and picked up no 7 intelligent balance moouse foundation for only £5.50 usually £11. They had a few of these left. I also got a no 7 full impact mascara for only £4.75 instead of £10.50. These were in the reduced section. Don't know of this is nationwide or just this store. Then when I went the till i got my free no 7 gift and a free Rimmel little compact set that had eyeshadow, lipgloss and blusher. No idea why I got this but I was made up!

No you haven't misunderstood. You have never been able to get points while spending points.

Were the extra points added manually? If not, it's either a major policy change, or a major glitch.

The mineral foundation is surprisingly good, doesnt block your pours like others and doesnt feel like you are wearing "heavy" makeup. The mineral bit is so that it doesnt clog your pours and its meant to be more "natural"
Ooo I like the sound of that. I know there's 50 points for it in the ACM machine and I've got 100 points on 17 foundation from the PC club. I wonder if these could be combined with the 3 4 1 glitch?

    Hi Colly

Not sure if they do an eye cream but i've been using the Loreal DermaGenesis day and night cream and I think it's fab ! Really plumps the skin and my skin has been so much better since I started using it. I'll go and have a nose for you on Boots.com (nothing better to do lol) and see if I can find some (I might even get some myself!) lol

You can't hesjane - that's why I typed in 'spent' instead of spent.

What should have been 2,893 points was reduced by a **Redeem Link-Save** which showed a Saving of 1,000 points.

sorry wendym & hesjane - no major glitch I'm afraid :)
