    They do I'll whinge;)

I bet they love you really ruby :D

Not entirely off-topic but just an observation after reading geordie_lass's offer of vouchers.

I always want to thank people that make these kind gestures, but never do in case everyone else thinks I'm tapping other people for free vouchers etc ...lol. Do we all think alike?:confused: Or is it just a strange phenomenon that I've clued into? ;)

Finally saw a hat box today, so I had to have one after hearing you all rave about them - £9 unfortunately but used points! Just had a bath, the bubble bath and body lotion smell lovely and the headband is great nice and wide so got hair all wrapped in it. Anyway just to say thanks for keeping mentioning it as I wouldn't have got one otherwise. Oh and box is great too!!!!

I'd go raving mad! How dare they? Who said you had even finished your shop? I'd die if this was infront of people! I'd be a moo moo and call CS over that!

That was my first thought too broclo.

That's the same style bottle I had! And I just looked online, I can't remember if this is the one I tried to buy, or if it looked just like that but with blue on the bottle (which I didn't see online -- I know it was not one of the "rejuvenate" ones). And it had the word "moisture" and either "protect" or "repair" in the name. Anyone know what this is and if it's "professional"? I truly think they all are professional now; urgh, wish I'd noticed at the time!

Is it possible that they have one or two "flavors" in the same type of bottle that *aren't* professional, even though the others are? I guess I could go back and look next week. I called CS just a couple of weeks ago about the Dream Lash mascara, do you think I'd mark myself as a troublemaker to be ignored if I called again? If I was supposed to be able to get that shampoo, I'll be ticked off! Not only was I denied that, but if she had let me buy it my total would've been over £5 and I would've gotten another till spit! Which means the other crap I bought -- stuff I normally buy at Tesco but got at Boots in order to get a till spit -- was sort of money wasted as it didn't take me to my £5!

It has a picture of the moisture range on the front, but no details on the back of any relevance! Does the till not do it then? If not...could this not be argued as per the expert mag voucher?

well i got the brunette ones, and on the funny shaped lid they did say "trevor sorbie professional" - sa didn't have to enter it manually. (these two were the ones i got... http://www.boots.com/brandtreatment/product_details_brand_treatment.jsp?productid=1066936&classificationid=1042418 and http://www.boots.com/brandtreatment/product_details_brand_treatment.jsp?productid=1066935&classificationid=1042418 (excuse long links)

i did have a bit of an issue using my £2 tillspit on lee stafford light spray wax, till came up saying it was a miniature, even though it wasnt - nice sa overrode that. anyone else had any issues like that?

Thanks Ruby :) x OH thinks I might have shingles  but I doubt it :)
And ban you? Who would CS talk to if you were banned? ;) I'm sure they had someone retraining the staff last week btw.

Btw, the Rembrandt toothpaste is £2 in Kingston Retail - so approx. 75% off (and I've just remembered another thing ....and forgotten it already! :o Will try to think through the shopping :)

    Jo_2k

    Hi and night :) You've got a PM x

aww hope you don't have shingles that is supposed to be nasty - not had it myself (touch wood, my head) On the other hand is it contagious:rotfl: will I find PC shut tomorrow:eek:

KR clearance was poor when I went this morning. Still had Nivea face wash for £2.50 on normal shelf. Was a fleeting visit so didn't have time for a real good look.

I know you like the Ted baker bags did you notice if they had been reduced in PC like others have posted.

I'm going to check the accessorise hatboxes tomorrow and see if they are reduced to £4.50 I did whine about that;)

I know ! :rotfl: I'm the same ! That's why I wanted to find out if anyone had used an expert voucher without it beeping. It looks like they are all still beeping, so am still not going to be using them as the SAs in my local Boots rarely put stuff through manually. icon9.gif
I've used it on a clearance expert sensitive cream which was £1.63 and then got the 100 points so it was like getting it for 63p. It never beeoed for me.

 Where would we all go and what would we all whine about? ;)
    (I really don't think it's shingles btw)

I forgot to have the Ted Baker bags price-checked ruby, but if the vanity bag had been reduced to the price Orlaith mentioned, I'd have bought one :)

I'm sure they will be soon though. As for those hatboxes? They're just a waste of a display cabinet now imho.

(Sorry tbear06 - it's just that the ones in the 75% sale have spoilt me a bit, but I'm glad you're enjoying yours :))
