They are that lovely - i just had to get 7, yep 7! And i'm bloody proud of myself for doing so too! SS tills helped immensly though i must say.
WOW!!!! You must have nerves of steel Scorpiokitten! My heart starts pounding when I have to hand over 1 legitimate voucherlol. What a haul- they look gorgeous colours as well :j I'm really chuffed for you
Very jealous, but chuffed nonetheless
Self scan tills sound very ace indeed
A lot less intimidating then some of the SA's!

CPG the sanctuary set is cheaper in store its £15 don't why there is a price difference. There isn't a reduction in our stores on this but there again there wouldn't be here:rotfl:
You can say that again
Hiya rubylou, hi all
Ruby, I think the 17 tan shimmer powder that minx01 mentioned in post 1352 is the one that's on clearance at PC. I think it was a couple of quid, so I didn't bother but maybe I should haveIt wasn't exactly flying off the shelf though so I think it'll still be there if you go tomorrow;)
Had a haphazard Boots shop today lol. Maybe because I felt a bit off-colourI got the 341 on 17 but I'm a bit bored of it now
And I got a MF hatbox!! All above board though
- bought a nail varnish and some foundation and tbh, was a bit disappointed with the gwp - possibly because the brush was splayed and the box looked like it had been rifled lol. But it's satisfied my curiosity and the contents can go in a hamper - except for the nail varnish
I suppose I'm a wimp, but I've enough security people watching me as it is(There's one in Kingswood - must be 7ft tall and doesn't have to move - he's so tall he's got a panoramic view of the shop lol.)
In Kingston they were *still* trying to flog the Dr Nick Lowe stuff for £15, and wasn't really anything else worth a mention.
Kingswood was similar. Bought something called Rebalance! but haven't got a clue what it's supposed to do(Must stop this impulse buying lol) I'll test it on my OH
It says it contains Star of Bethlehem (Comfort), Cherry Plum (Strong and confident), Rock Rose (Fearless), Impatiens (Gentle and forgiving) and Clematis (Stable, down to earth). Now if 4 drops of this, as instructed, produces the results (in brackets) I'll be amazed (and grabbing freebie gwp's left right and centre
lol, but I suspect it's the brandy in it that helps
)
I also got some Spot Gel for 99p and no idea how that works yet but I only have to look at some products lately and I seem to break out in spots
Managed to get a free toothbrush, and a 49p JF hairspray, so thanks to whoever posted that upOH got some No 7 soap stuff c/o last week's sandwiches, so he was chuffed lol. I also bought the Expert razors, but need to check the receipts to know if that was worth it.
Bypassed the Ted Baker bags again (can't see them selling till they lower the price again) and bought the Ruby Wax Tart Art Bag and the Bling Bag - paid with points so 600 for the BB and 500 for the TA because they're reduced. SA said she hadn't seen that many AC points and it was on the tip of my tongue to say "you want to see how many tbar1 has" but remembered where I was
Off topic
sam84uk HiyaI can't do the multiquoting just yet, but good luck with the search. I've had mine for 36 years  (teenage bride lol) so I should be making more of an effort to look for it
Hope yours turns up soon nevertheless x
Still off-topic
Discount-Diva, (or anyone else that's doing hampers)
Home Bargains are selling Lee Stafford shampoos, conditioners, and some other stuff I've forgotten, for 99p - 250mls and more, and might be handy for the hampers. Similarly, Poundland are doing Nicky Clarke Luxury Style Finisher (75ml) which might also be handy for hampers as the colours of the containers are subtle iyswim? hth someone lol.

Bit confused with a few things
The trevor sorbie pc voucher for free conditioner that we can use with £2 off till spit...does it really have to be the one in the picture? Just says: "use this coupon to get a free trevor sorbie professional conditioner when you buy any trevor sorbie professional shampoo". It has a picture of the moisture range on the front, but no details on the back of any relevance! Does the till not do it then? If not...could this not be argued as per the expert mag voucher?
No way I can use moisturising one, i'd get too greasy!
Also(yes more questions!)if the expert vouchers are indeed working on baby...has anyone tried the BOGOF baby expert wipes @ £2.49, using the PC half price voucher to bring the two down to £1.24, then using 100pts for expert mag voucher? could then be techinically be 24p for two packs of wipes?
I can totally recommend these, by little fella is so sensitive and can only use huggies pure, but thought i'd give them a bash and they are so gentle, yet work great!
Another q...can you combine 500pts when you spend £15 on annabel whatsherface and 500pts on £10 in baby dept? That way you could get 1000 points on £15 spend, plus of course total spend points from acm?
Sorry lots of questions, but only have a few shopping trips before my vouchers all run out including baby ones!0 -
Hi Passion & ladies
I received a phone call from the PC store manager this afternoon. Had to explain the saga of not been allowed the 3 for 2 on No17 she wasn't happy and wanted name of SA. Said not prepared to do that but gave names of lovely SA's who I talk to etc. My fav young man when I mentioned him she said he's wonderful. I said shame the few crows in there could learn a thing or two from him;)
No solution to the sanctuary problem although I've being awarded points in place of 2 missing gwp.s. She also is giving me points for liners I should have had. I don't mean to sound ungrateful but feel has though I've been given the points and should now shut up. I've told her I hate going there now and prefer KR. Will the problems go away now
I'm going into tomorrow to meet a team leader etc.
Where was the max factor hatbox Passion I've hunted high and low and resorted to buying one off Ebay to kill my curiosity:D I did buy a max factor mascara using pc voucher and got the pink boxset.
Hope everyone has a good easter bootsing weekend.:p0 -
Yay ! I got a MF gwp today :j (black box).
Kind of a fluke though as I'd gone into Worthing store not expecting to see any, went over to the MF stand and yep, there were two of the little blighters sitting there heavily guarded by MF ladies:rolleyes: .
So, I started to look at the mascara and one of the MF ladies came over and asked if she could help. "No thanks, I know what I want;) " was my reply ! Luckily another customer came over and asked her for some advice so I swiped the lovely looking little black box and plonked it in my basket and scarpered while her back was turned :rotfl: ! Went and paid at the pharmacy (I did have some other things in my basket) and sure enough, went through free, not even questioned so i'm really pleased with myself today !
Did manage to get a lovely cocktail set for £2 (will do nicely for DD's friends birthday), some bubble bath for 28p and a few other bits and bobs.
Need to catch up with posts a bit later as I have my mum and dad down for the weekend (mum thinks i'm mad btw !) Off for another glass of wine....... hope you've all had a good day !

I'd go raving mad! How dare they? Who said you had even finished your shop? I'd die if this was infront of people! I'd be a moo moo and call CS over that!0 -

why not just get 2 items to go over £15 and then get the box and then say "i've got some mpre shopping to get now", wander off and just put the items back somewhere else?
am going to try for the max factor box tomorrow as local store has a counter. And more S&G and the free toothbrush. Not sure i need a THIRD lip gloss but probably will, just for the thrill of it!0 -
