I suggest you go into an independent kitchen fitting shop/business and enquire there. The bloke who did my kitchen produced a book the size of a thick telephone directory full of kitchen handles for me to browse through. B&Q etc etc only order a small selection of the range that manufactuers actually produce - you'll be amazed at how many knobs there are out there. (Sorry, don't mean to be rude!)

I have a similar problem, only a hinge rather than handles. I live in the sticks so going to a fitting shop/business is not really an option. Anything available on-line?
