Pity you don't live near Hastings I have plastic sacks full of them which we do not want, customers bring them in thinking that we can use them but they are all non standard sizes so will not fit our machine. Tried giving them to a local pot recycling firm but they can't be a*****d to collect them.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Hi
Don't wait for any offers on Freecycle, post a want ad.
I got tons a couple of years back, and we are about to give them away again on freecycle.
Find out where Peter_the_piper works, and contact a local company doing the same work [if that's not too cheeky Peter].
Please don't pay for them; if all else fails; use folded paper ones; there is a link on here for paper pots and they really do work; albeit they get a little musty towards the end.0 -

Our local garden centre has set aside an area where people can return pots when they've taken the plants out, and they're then free to anyone who wants them. Maybe there's something similar at a centre near you?0

Hi
Nothing sinister; just if you worked in xxx, then call the local xxx and ask them; so call up some local nurseries and ask if there are any lying around.0
