Try dipping ginger biscuits in a mixture of strong black coffee and brandy. Then sandwich biscuits together with whipped cream. Cover with whipped cream and roughen up to look like a log. Chill for a few hours in fridge. Lovely easy dessert for christmas day for those that dont like christmas pudding.0
