What would you do...

I recently upgraded my mobile phone and subsequently the tarriff was supposed to go up from £15 to £35 per month.
Now something's gone wrong and I think they have gremlins as I have just looked at my account and i'm still on the old tarriff, I spoke to the customer services and they said there's no record of me upgrading my phone. She said that I would have to go into the store to prove that I upgraded...
What would you do......

    get another upgrade! if they are incompetent enough to not put it through but give you a new phone, then you must be free to upgrade again!

    unless they've just renewed you but you're still on your old tariff - in which case, I'm sure they won't have any issue with you asking to move to a more expensive tariff.
