I had a rather bad experience at clinton cards, followed by a rather good one at clinton cards, which begs the question, what are they being taught by the management. I completely agree! I wrote a lovely letter about a fab Boots employee called Lucille who'd helped me (after trying to find her in my branch of Boots so I could see her name tag!) :rotfl:
