o2 customers *BEWARE* massive billing error
If you log in online all your inclusive details screens are all wrong!! just spoke to a manager and they said:-
"the o2 billing system is broken and you have to click on your "unbilled usage" details and subtract it from the allowances of your price plan to calculate your remaining inclusive allowances"
"this also applies to being charged less/more for your price plan and refunds/charges will apply on your next bill/Sept bill"
Just a warning dont think like me you have all them minutes when infact you dont, also check all your calls in detail some are being charged but should be part of your allowances!!
I have been overcharged over £40 for my recent bill that will be refunded next months bill ( seemingly this is the only way o2 can refund you and not on your current months bill ), so have enough to cover your direct debit if your on a tight budget

I have noticed something similar with Orange. always seems to show the allowance rather than remaining minutes.0

Had a similar problem with Virgin. Gave me an enormous shock - they took days to sort it out.0

O2 every month overcharge me. This has been going on since February of this year. Each month just before the bill is released, I ring them up, and kindly ask for a refund of the charges they charge me incorrectly. No-one can tell me why it is happening, they constantly lie to me :eek:Ben

i always complain about this problem, however they never refund me, all they tell me is it takes a few days to update as it is behind, however this is not good enough becuase sometimes it seven days behind but they still dont give me a refund. They even said, that the department that does the credits, will look at why they are giving refunds every month, hence a problem? to enable them to sort the problem out but its continuining since feb 05. Wonder if it will ever stop.
