'Ello all! I was confusing myself trying to update my sig every Monday, so I'm going to do it once a month:

    From April (14th) until 31st May I made (after fees/postage) £295.23 :D

Not bad, but I've been so lazy this past week - Too busy watching surfers! ;)

    Hi,

Love to join this challenge - new to this forum but need a brill challenge to get me debt free.
I fancy trying to raise £1000 by Ebay and if I get more all the better.

I have a loft full of bits and pieces so here goes.

Could you let me know of a challenge number

    Cheers

Another item finally paid for and dispatched adding another £26.70 to me total after all the fees. Taking my total to £160.70/£500. Getting there slowly, slowly ever so slowly.

I would also like to add that I do not consider this task easy, worthwhile in debt busting, but not easy. I don't know about anyone else but tis hard work listing, must be time for a :coffee: .

You put the kettle on and we'll have a good natter about the work that actually goes into selling on eBay :)
I find I can do short sharp bursts of listing, a few days a month I'll be glued to the laptop, the rest of the time I'll find any excuse not to do it. Although I've been going round the house filling boxes full of stuff, they get in my way so I've got to list them to prevent an accident! I'll do it tomorrow...

Hi all, i havent posted for a while because my internet was cut off!! SO my ebay challenge has gone abit SLOW!! However i checked my paypal account last night and i have £93 in there. Ive lost track of how many items i have put on but i have decided if an item doest sell after a couple of times listing it, i give it away on freecycle. That way i am having a huge clear out aswell.

Uploaded another 40 items tonight, got 178 selling at the minute! Bloody hard work it is!
  • 178 items Wow.

I have long planned to sell the many items I have sat in three boxes, labelled e bay.

I am going to aim for 2000 items, selling at 1 pound each or making 2000 pounds! scary. Obviously I don't have 2000 items in the three boxes! but I do have loads in the loft and a few ides of things I can make to sell ( is that taxable?)

I have a dedicated bank account solely for e bay (and Avon) and will find that spreadsheet thingy to help me work out the profits.

I have to say most of the Challenges on here, I end up dropping out of but since this one has no time limit! I might be more successful!

    xx
    Nevertheless she persisted.
