Woo! Just what I have been waiting for!!! I shall be listing like mad in Turbolister now ready to upload for Thurs.

Do you think it's best to list for 3 days to end on sunday or 10 days for 2 weekends worth of viewers?

Also, the free samples (I might have the wrong thread here) but do you list them in bundles and what sort of price do you charge for them?
  • Definately go for the 10 days I think, maybe wasting the 5p day if you end after 3 days as may get less viewings. I will be relisting stuff that hasn't sold on Thursday seen as its cheap and cheerful.
  • Hi all,

I'm up to £32 so far. Moving slowly but I will get there in the end.

Maybe by the year 2040. :rotfl:

Nope im not missing any full stops in there
I have been doing this since the New Year - it started REALLY slow, especially at that time of year as no one is buying on Ebay and then i got a stroke of luck and found someone willing to sell me a batch of goods at a discount price
I paid everything i had - at a huge risk it has to be said - and then sold them on myself on Ebay and made a nice profit on each of them
Then with the money i brought more and more from him and kept on making profit.

The only condition was that i couldnt undercut him with the pricing - he didnt mind a few quid but he didnt want to lose any business himself which is understandable

It has been very hard work and many many many trips to the post office only to find the queue out of the door

you just got to keep it up and make sure you stay positive

    Good luck everyone

please ignore the ebay vent that follows!!

Listed my first item towards my personal challenge 5 days ago. It was due to end in 3 hours, already had a couple of bids on and 8 watchers only for ebay to pull it.

FGS I said it looked just like the Vivienne Westwood shoes NOT that they ARE grrrrrrrrr!!

Wow, that feels good :p I am going to edit the title and list it in 3hours for 1day listing. Hopefully all prospective buyers that are still watching and I can get back on track :)
