One thing re the 5p listing day, try and make your listings stand out, remember that loads of people will be listing on Thursday so there will be far more competition than normal and you have to somehow make yourself stand out from the competitors without paying extra to do so for advertising etc!0

This has got me me thinking - better to do 3 day listing because they are up near top of page for weekend rather than 7 or 10 which is the most popular length of auction - what do others think?

Whilst they may be nearer bottom this weekend they will be near top next weekend...
Its got me thinking too, I may hang onto my bits and pieces which I think will sell for a reasonable amount until next week to avoid them getting lost in a sea of 5p listings and just list those which struggled to sell previously on Thursday.0 -
AAAAAAAAhhhhhhhhhhh see never thought about that - although I am so impatient I want them sold as soon as they go on - need to learn some patience
True - use 5p listing to relist old stuff - although I get more and more confused with this cuz the things I think wont sell for much go for a few bids, the 'great' stuff sometimes just sits there - the more ebay I do the less of a selling theory I have!LBM Feb 2010 £62,700 Total Debt Jan 11 [STRIKE]£49,403.84[/STRIKE] £47,530.32.

Can I join?
We've got a huge amount of debt as you can see from my signature but we've already made such progress and hope to continue to be able to do so.
Not sure how we go about setting targets etc. My CC debts are huge with the smallest being £5669 (apart from the current target one which is less at present). Therefore not quite sure what to aim for but I think that if I aim for raising £500 by the end of July i don't think that is unreasonable.
Its always good to have a target.
Currently got 12 items listed, 5 with bids and lots of watchers and 3 without any bids or watchers.. I'm intending to list lost more tomorrow night (can't quite make my mind up about the 5p listing day and the pro's and con's) and I've also just downloaded the TurboLister tool to see if that speeds the process up.

This thread is moving way too fast for me. My last post was on 15th  . I didn't put anything on last week as I wanted to clear the backlog of payers, which looks like that will be this week (fingers crossed). Had to issue a NPB alert, which I HATE doing. They responded quite well to it.
Will put some things on this Thursday as it's a lovely little 5p day :j . I don't think I've got much [STRIKE]decent[/STRIKE] stuff to put on, I'll have to rummage around.Mortgage: Was: £154,495 Oct 2039 Now: £82,340.34 May 2037Swagbucks ~ £155 (2024 ~ £395)Surveys ~ £153.19 (2024 ~ £280.14)Make £2025 in 2025 #5 ~ £964.62 ~ (2024 ~ £2,561.04)0 -
