How do i unlock my phone?

Hi there, i bought a Motorola W377 new on T-Mobile. i want to unlock it so O2 sim card works in it.
Does anyone know the code to do this or do i have to pay for it at the market?

Searh for "unlockworldwide" in Ebay - they charge 4-pound for an unlock code. I used a couple of time which were quick and easy.
