getting through to T-mobile cancellations

:mad:hi there, am trying to cancel my t-mobile contract to move to one of the sim only contracts, have been waiting over half an hour on 2 different numbers (got one off saynoto0870, so it isn't costing me anything, but am fed up of waiting!)

has anyone got any shortcut numbers/tips for gettting through/good times to call?

    could be that cancellations went home at 8!

    Call 150 from your mobile and select the options for cancellation/upgrade out of the menu. Unfortunately, sometimes that dept gets unexpectedly very busy.
    I accept no liability if you chose to rely on my advice.

    OP might be on an 'online' plan where you get charged... hence calling off a landline

  • Seems to be common, i've been on hold for 49 mins so far waiting for them. can't tell me they're not there at 11am???:mad:
  • Monday to Friday T-Mobile are open until 10pm / Saturday in 8pm & open from 8:30am - call 150 choose options to upgrade or cancel or even customer services ( they will put you through to upgrades as you are just doing a priceplan change / i believe we have had a few problems with the automated system not letting customers through but the issue has been resolved by now i reacon
