It is illegal to unblock a mobile phone as it will have been blocked for some reason, ie lost or stolen.

If you require a phone unlocked please see the sticky at the top of the board Free Unlocking Codes for Nokias and you can place your request at the end of the thread or if your phone is another manufacturer there is another sticky with some codes for these phones.
