I haven't had any replies to my emails for 3 days. It seems they are ignoring this which is not a good thing to do >:(0

still unable to get through >:(
Anybody managed it yet?0 -
I got through last night (around 6.30pm). To be honest, after all the
trouble others were having it was the first time I had tried. My call
was answered after only a few seconds - I was so shocked I almost
forgot why I was calling!
The nice lady offered me a £10 credit to my account at which point I
asked if a refund to my credit card was possible. She said that they
couldn't refund the card and would it be ok if they sent me a cheque!
It will take 7-10 days so I'll have to wait and see if it happens.
It will also be interesting to see whether they want the free shopping
trolley back that they sent with my order because it was over £25
before the discount!0 -

That sounds odd, to say the least! If they are able to take the money from the card then they can surely refund it. I'm starting to feel very uneasy about this, especially as I still haven't been able to get through on the phone and have not had a single response to any emails.0 -
I rushed to sign up and order stuff for Xmas before reading about the overcharging. Has anyone contacted their credit card company ? This has happened to me before and I asked the card company to deal with it as I could send them the invoices ie email confirmation. They credited my card with the full amount until it was settled with the vendour and then the correct amount was debited.
I will see what happens with my order.

oh and haven't received any goods yet either0 -
I got my £10 paid back to my card today, did everyone else get sorted?0

I got a cheque in the post yesterday. Odd that they told me that they
couldn't refund the card. At least I get to keep the cashback I earned
on it - all of 5 pence!0 -
Finally got it sorted out but what an absolute nightmare! The goods never did arrive and after endless calling over nearly two weeks, managed to get in touch with them and get the amount refunded to my card today. They never ever replied to any emails at all though so I wouldn't bother emailing them if you are still wanting to sort this out - it's atotal waste of time.
Not going to deal with this useless bunch ever again! >:(0 -
Still not sorted out my overcharge.
Can never get through on phone and no one ever answers my emails, yet about half an hour ago I got one from them telling me I could take advantage of 140 items at £1.80 each, plus numerous free gifts, free p+p etc etc if I placed another order from the very same email address as I'd got no reply from with regards to my complaint about overcharging. I'm sure you can imagine the reply I sent back!!!
Told them unless I get a reply by 5.30 today I am asking my card company to issue a chargeback against them for the full amount and get them to collect the goods from me their cost. As that time has now come I'm off to phone them now.....
Will NEVER use these guys again, their customer service stinks.something missing0
