Same here, sent order confirmation showing £10 discount, but the invoice that came with the goods charged me £10 more.
Am waiting on reply from customer services. Told them they either credit the £10 back to my card, or they can come and pick everything up.something missing0 -
Am waiting on reply from customer services.
You might have a long wait :-(
I'm still waiting for a response, they don't seem to bother answering emails...0 -
Mine came this morning (ordered on the 25th Oct, see post above).
They charged me the full £25.53, no discount, even though the online
invoice deducted it.
It came with a load of paperwork, which included £10 off my next order!
Not happy, but not sure whether to keep it, moan about it or just send
it back.
Everything I ordered was there plus a free vanity case, which I didn't order,
and a free shopping trolley because my order was over £25, even though
it wasn't on the original order as the total was £15.35.
(I'll stop waffling now - need a cup of tea...)0 -
They seem to be overcharging everybody, or at least not charging the same as the amount of your order as shown when placed online, or the confirmation email.
This is very bad practice and I really don't think it should be let to go through unchallenged. I would certainly not have made the purchase had it been at the full price.0 -
Ssaver - where did you get the code from?0

OMG I wish i had not recommended this. I can see yves rocher are being a nightmare for a lot of people. My order placed on 24 Oct arrived yesterday, one item missing and the discount not applied, although the discount was applied according to the confirmation email i received.
The code is on the website so there is no abuse of codes here, it is clear on the homepage type in 'voucher' to receive the discount.
This is a real shame and I will have a BIG go at them if i dont get my money back, and my missing item. I used to get their stuff when i lived in france, and had no problems there >:(Member no.1 of the 'I'm not in a clique' group :rotfl:

Could you let us know if you get anywhere because I'm not getting any response to emails and if I ring the customer service tel number, it just goes on hold for ages and ages and never gets answered (and I'm not waiting on hold long on an 0870!)0 -
Sorry Ssaver - I didn't mean to stress you out! I just want to get
my facts straight before I call them to complain (provided I can get
through to them)
I'll let you know what happens.0 -
I had no joy on the phone either, been tryin from 8am0

I ordered from Yves rocher online a while back and was charged an extra 2p. the amount may be trivial but by the looks of it, they've progressed on to larger amounts! I have emailed them to say I'm not impressed and did get a reply within a few days -

I thank you for your e-mail.
I am very sorry for the discrepancy on your account and have, of course, credited your account with the outstanding 0.02p. Your e-mail has been sent to the Webmaster for his attention so that this incident does not re-occur.
Once again, my sincere apologies and if I can be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact me.

meant to be £0.02, not 0.02p ::) The account credited is my Yves Rocher account and not my credit card, so was told that 2p will be taken off my next order. what makes them think I'd want to order from them again?!0
