same thing has happened to me :-(

No goods yet, even though I ordered 2 weeks ago, and card has been overcharged by £10. No response to emails either. Tried calling (on their wretched 0870 number as couldn't find a geographic one for them) but it went straight onto hold -10 minutes later and still on hold - impossible to get through.

I am not at all happy with this outfit   >:(
