Onestopphoneshop!!- anyone got referal fee?

Hi Guys

I am osps customer and I refered my friend to buy the phone from them. I called OSPS many times for referal fee but they say the money will be with you in next 10 days but nothing comes in. I got fedup with them. any help on how to get the money from them?

does anyone received the referal fee from OSPS?

After a few phone calls I received vouchers:

Now they offer money again, but 'reserve the right to substitute a cheque for high street vouchers'...

Keep calling them and use 01270 504400 instead of 0845...
