i called this morning, the guy on the other end, looked at his screen, says he can defenetly see that i have one ready to despatch, either today or tomorrow, and that they have taken the money, i asked why if they took money out on tuesday, why have they taken this long to despatch, as i have ordered over 30 items from them before, and they have never taken this long to despatch, he said he did not know, i also said to him, that i had read people had ordered yesterday, the day after me, and they had already recieved email saying that the item has been despatched, again he could give no reason as to why, surely they should do it in order that they get the orders, like i say he defo said i have one waiting to despatch, but i cant understand why it is taking so bloody long to despatch it.

The I means interlaced and the P means Progressive and from what I've read P is alot better.

it does say 3 - 5 days, but everything else i have ordered from them, has usually arrived next day, or the day after tops, mind you that was only dvd`s, but these have been sent by parcel force, so there is a chance they will arrive tomorrow. i ordered something from amazon monday evening, they despatched tuesday lunchtime saying it would arrive between the 15th- 18th, and it arrived yesterday lunchtime, and that was using the free delivery, they wanted to charge me £8 for the same service, and ironically it is getting sent back, as it was a upscaling dvd player,:rotfl: :rotfl:

Hmm, nothing arrived yet.

Ordered Wednesday, emailed to say it was shipped Wednesday.

Received emails today for 4 of the 5 DVDs saying shipped today.

they do, if you go to my account bit on there website, sign in, click on order history, your order should be at the top of the page, if it was the last thing you ordered, and in it is a blue tracking number, clicl on it, and it takes you to parcelforces tracking website, just put the number in.

well there get out is that it states in the email please allow 3-5 working days for delivery, it may take that long, just saying in my previous experiance, i have always received the goods within 2 days even though it always stated 3 - 5 days, but saying that, i have never ordered anything electrical from them before.

It cant be at the depot yet cos they dont have a record of it when I attempt to track it.
