Cheapest way to ring an 0870 number?

Are they included in the freee 'three' network minutes on my contract?
I wish to phone Phones4U to sort out my cashback as the email address they sent the required form to has expired and they're not responding to my emails. (How convienient)
After ringing the number of the saynoto0870 site I've been giving a number to the correct department, only trouble is it's a 0870 number
. I have 18866 and talktalk (with the free evening and weekend cals option). I'm not sure how much they charge for these calls.

If you have to call a 0870 number then BT seems to be the cheapest. Just dial 1280 before the call on your talktalk phone and the call will go thru BT0
