We sometimes have it mixed with pasta, fried onion, veg and have loads of grated cheese on top. Or do it with fried onion and courgette with pasta in a cheesy sauce as a bake.
You could use some chopped up with veg or cheese as a filling for something like a sausage roll.
Add to a potato salad, with cherry toms?

am sure i saw a recipe once where you roll out pastry and spread tomato chutney or whatever, then some grated cheese then lay the ham on top, roll up like a swiss roll and cut in slices and lay on a baking tray and bake, you could leave out the cheese i suppose if you didnt have any0

As others have mentioned savoury pinwheels are hard to beat. What about using it in a quiche?

Sammy, I'm afraid I'm a bit picky about meat that is past its BB date. If it's technically 'off' as of Sunday I would exercise caution.
Haven't seen you around recently. Are you getting on OK?"Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"

Put ham in food processor or blender with a good dollop of pesto. Delicious as a stuffing for hollowed out baked potatoes, tomatoes, or - more sophisticated: artichoke bottoms."Remember that many of the things you have now you could once only dream of" - Epicurus0

But quite true - might look, smell and even taste (a bit) like ham, but it's not.
