Even though the colleges are 'closed' you could still phone and see if you get an answer from Student Union, or central admin. They may be able to help. SU may have a jobshop they could post your need on!
Do they have to be studying in Worcester, or can they live there and study elsewhere? if the latter you could just go and cold call young people wandering around town ...
