How do I find students who live and study in Worcester?

Any bright ideas out there

I need to find some students in Worcester for a focus group next week - they'd get £30 for one meeting - but with the university and college closed for the summer it's proving really hard to find any.

Where do they go? :wall:

You could register for thestudentroom.co.uk chat site and try putting a few feelers out. Bear in mind they vet your membership though, so you'd need to be sharpish. Otherwise, street flyering in student housing areas.

No, I meant more generally - it's not town specific. The kids on there are v friendly and will point you in the right direction.

If you go to Worcester City centre have a walk to the river and walk along the side, just behind the Worcester college there is a fountain. If you go there mid day onwards there will be lots of students. I was there on Wednesday and there was lots all sitting on the bank getting tanned.

just my luck that it's raining today - but I'll try and do that early next week. :T

I'm now registered with the studentroom too - hopefully this'll help as well. :T

What about going to a pub that students use?

    Or putting up a notice?

You'd need to know which and where - I don't live there!
