Cant get through to anyone who knows anything or can do anything other than ask you if youve changed your password or is your modem plugged in?

If its engaged or no reply, try phone numbers numbers either side....theyre usually Technical Support as well.
They dont like you calling them.....however if as I found you were getting precisely nowhere with their rubbish customer services, they should be contactable.
