    No..photos do not have "folders" you click anywhere else, (you need to grasp the logic with pcs)
    As you have lost a pic, use this method to moved files around. If you left click and drag -not good idea, as you have found files can be drop anywhere, if you right click and drag you get the added confirm box. To locate the lost photo note the filename of the missing photo series and search for it.
