Thanks everyone, hopefully things will improve quickly. The home treatment team think that he will be discharged from them on wednesday which i think is far to soon so i may have a fight on my hands.

    Things to do
    1) get something ready for dinner
    2) see if i can fix the playstation to shut the boys up
    3) sort the tv cable in our room
and thats all i'm doing tonight.....
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

Off to the pubic louse later.. sorry.. soappies fumes are intoxicating lol...

THAT quip reminds me of the days when I worked for Railtrack. there were two standard quotes for quips

    1) "This is a pubic service announcement - would passengers awaiting the 09:30..."
    2) (Railtrack's main office is at Euston station so the cry would come from the outposts) "Euston, we have a problem.."

oh my goodness, shannon mathews has been found alive - how fantastic!

Thanks for that Mudbath. I really thought the worst. I could cry with happiness for a change!
  • 100g margarine,
    150ml of natural yogurt,
    2 large eggs,
Juice and grated rind of 1 orange,
    225g caster sugar,
    275g Plain flour,
    1tsp bicarb.
up to 175g of choc chips (imho 175 too much!)

Cream marg and sugar, add "wet" ingredients, add the mixed "dry" ingredients and fold in, gently mix in choc chips. Cook for around 25 mins @ 190 degrees. Makes 12 (ish)

The worst that happens if you over mix is that they come out like a fairy cake (the texture - sorry I had read way too much on making muffins!) They will still taste yummy - promise!

If you wanted just choc chip then instead of the orange juice and rind just add 5 tbsp of milk and some cocoa powder if you wanted double choc.

Writing that out was enough to take my mind off the idiot racers on the way home - all calm again :o

    I did!!!!

They reckon that usually after 6 days of being missing the chances of finding a child alive are next to nothing!!!
