Is USB modem dongle from CarphoneWarehouse sim locked ?

Hi Guys,

I am planning to buy a mobile broadband package.

I believe if I buy the dongle from Voda, 3 or T-Mobile directly, the usb modem will only take the sim card of that particular network. However, if I buy it through Carphone Warehouse, will the usb dongle come Unlocked ?
Reason being, i think if you buy a contract phone from CPW, the handset is gsm stock that is the phone will take sim card of any network. Btw, the CPW deal I am looking at is: £10/mth for 24months for 3GB of data on T-Mobile.

These will be T-mobile branded and sim locked. They can be unlocked for about €15.

It looks like the best contract deal yet!

Can you elaborate how and where can i get the usb modem sim unlocked for 15 euros (or pounds) ? If so, then this deal will be excellent for me.
