    don't fall asleep with the oven on;)

    How do I test if it's ready hen? Is it the same as another cake - i.e. shrunk away from sides of tin, springs back when pressed with a finger, and a skewer comes out clean? :confused:
    If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.

    yes thereabouts - i like to leave mine slightly undercooked - before you go yuk - i mean only by about 5 mins as it continues to cook once out the oven until it cools and i find it stays nice and moist in the event it last for more than one day in our house;)
