Which O2 offer should I choose?

I know it depends on my usage but I'm thinking that a 200 x-net min bolt on costs £7.50 so in effect I'm getting £15 worth of extra minutes for the price of an extra £5 per month. I guess there's the security that I will never pay more than £30 per month.

Any opinions? What do you think guys?
