I would recommend 18866.com in preference generally, as it has a lower standing charge.
I have never had any problems with either service.0 -
Seen call1899 for the first time on the board today and it looks too good to be true. Is there anyone out there using it, and have you had any troubles? Would you recommend the service?
However, if you are on a BT line, opting for Carrier PreSelect with the TalktTalk1+ option (free evening and weekend UK 01 & 02 calls for a year) and using 18866 during the day seems to be the best choice at the moment.
You have to be a little careful with international calls on 18866 and 1899 though - their prices can differ by as much as 200% (e.g. 2p per minute to USA landlines as opposed to ½p per minute!).30 years, 217 days!0
