I suppose better than being a dead one. But I'm no legend...

i lived in ayreshire for years and yes ken is a very common used phrase ...so is the gonnae ..widnae ..stuff used there more i remember when i first moved there i was sent for elocution lessons as i couldnt speak like the locals ...then i moved to where i used to live and no one could understand me ...then i moved to where i am and it's a totally different language all together ...most of my friends pick up my inconsistancies (due to me living in loads of places) but i can usually get away with it

Yup thats the one! I remember going on holiday with my boyfriend when I was 18 and one night after being on the Pernod & Black we had a romantic walk back to the caravan (no money then either so nothing changes much) I am sure he was up for a bit of lurve but ended up holding my long hair out of the way of my purple vomit....he married me still....now that's love!!
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
