Adding bolt on affect cash back? on E2save O2

I have added the O2 web bolt on my current tariff (O2 £45 12 Month), it is E2save 11m free on O2. My tariff is still the same, just add the O2 web bolt on . Will it affect my cash back? I hope it didn't conflict with the contract.

I think you are ok if you add on extras, your cashback is only affected if you downgrade from the original tarrif you was on.
