I want a Eurodisney email address or tel no to complain AND GET SOME ACTION.Please .

As a result of accomodating an elderly relative, last year we had to take an alternative holiday, to include him, instead of the Eurodisney break we had already booked and paid for.We properly advised Eurodisney several months prior to the booking and since then, have tried to re book using the existing credit

Now, if you ring them on the 0844 no. no one ever replies (but your still paying) and theres no saynoto0870 alternative:
Email them? (we have repeatedly ),the only response you ever get is the automated "we are busy but will respond" .But they dont.Ever.
Its not like we want a refund (although were very tempted to go for it now several months have elapsed )
I know Eurodisney are still alive as they send me a postal promotion every month to try and get me to spend more with them.
I also know Moneysavers have provided email addresses of the directors of other ( disreputable) firms to successfully force some sort of customer service in cases where the customer is an inconvenience to be ignored as seems to happen to us
I wanna email address of customer services or the C.E.O. if necessary , from anyone please , :eek: as theyre just taking the Mickey at the moment!

    It also has the name of the CEO on there, but no email link sadly.
    Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
    Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
