    It's the way my order worked. Acknowledgement which states that said ack is not an acceptance, later followed by a confirmation.

    I can't believe it!
    I got my free gift(screwdriver set) today in a big box.
    To top it off, they sent me TWO pencils even though I only ordered ONE.

    My neighbour ordered hers yesterday afternoon and it came this afternoon, along with the 39 pence Gel pen she ordered...all in a great big box and accompanied with a great big yellow envelope with a catalogue in it. 1a_y_wink.gif
