£15 surcharge to Northern Ireland doesnt even list this at time of order, there coming to collect the items for a full refund.

Use viking they charge same price to NI and UK mainland and next day, and more helpful people.

Same happened me!
I asked for an explanation and there was no mention of a £15 (plus vat) surcharge.
They just went ahead and took the extra amount from my credit card!
My email confirms that they were to charge £3

result, staples phoned me admiting they dont have the surcharge listed on there website and they are refunding me the £15 surcharge to NI.

Just in case people were wondering, (when you've all stopped arguing!) the offer of a free electric screwdriver set is still available at Staples. I needed to order some stuff at the weekend so I added the gift code, and today it all showed up!

It's great, because we actually desperately needed an electric screwdriver for some flatpack furniture and I can't handle any more blisters from using my normal screwdriver! Thanks!

try 9p-67885... just got the staples booklet through the post this morning and looks like there still available as its re-advertised....on any order it says though minimum spend of £30 for free delivery...hope that helps.
