Hoping someone can provide some advise as I can not seem to find the answer on Google....I had a glut of tomatoes this year and decided to make some tomato chutney. Came across a lovely receipe but after making it realised the receipe didnt include vinegar as an ingredient. It says it will store in the fridge for up to 10days but having made a double batch so hoped to Jar / Can it. Needless to say it has sugar added as one would do with Jam so will it be safe store for longer...and how long for? Many thanks in advance0
