As part of any retention offer, I insist on 12 month contracts with the latest free phone. It always works. I am just about to sign for 18 months for a very good offer and will then go back to my 12 month insistence.0

You start negotiations on an 18month basis with a network provider (phone included) then say no thanks, I want the same deal on a 12month contract.0
